The delivery time of your order is of course extremely important to us. That’s why we make sure that all orders placed before 4:00 pm Monday to Friday are shipped the same day (if in stock).

This usually means that you have the order at home the next working day (within the Netherlands). This partly depends on our carrier PostNL.

For deliveries to Belgian customers an expected delivery time of 2 working days applies.

For the other countries the following indicative delivery times apply :

Other countries within the EU: 3 – 4 working days
Countries outside the EU: 5 – 8 working days

Delivery time for items not in stock

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to deliver all items quickly, for example when we do not have them in stock or when an item is specially made to measure for you. Some items are first ordered from our suppliers and then delivered to you as soon as possible. The exact delivery time depends on the supplier and the item you ordered.

Track your order online

All packages that are sent via PostNL have a Track & Trace number.

You can find this number in the email we will send you once your order has been shipped.

You can follow your order with this number via Track & Trace. This way you always know where your order is located.

Pick up your order

Prefer to collect your order? This is of course also possible, on working days between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

You can indicate this during the ordering process.
