The  fruit pressure tester provides an accurate guide to determining the right period for fruit harvesting and monitors maturation progress during cold storage (pulp softening).

The fruittester is supplied in a carrying case with various accessories and is suitable for measuring the firmness of i.e. apples, pears, citrus fruit etc., up to 13 kg.
