The output signal is very suitable for measurements at long distances, allowing the readout to be mounted at a location that is ideal for you. You do not need to go to the tensiometer to read or adjust soil moisture.

With the Tensiometer, you can record soil moisture over a longer period of time (in combination with a data logger) to get a good insight into your watering.

The GV5800 has a smaller measuring range and is suitable for rock wool mats/blocks, among other things.
