Payment methods

You can pay for your order in different ways. We currently offer the following payment methods:

• Giropay
• iDEAL
• Bancontact
• PayPal
• SOFORT Banking
• On account (upon agreement)

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 16:00 hours are made, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always manage to meet this target. Sometimes products are out of stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer.

The prices listed do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs depend on the destination and are calculated at checkout. Within the Netherlands, the cost is 9 euros excluding VAT for shipments under 10 kilos.

You can also always collect your order free of charge at our head office in Aalsmeer on Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.

Delivery is via parcel delivery service UPS. You will always receive a Track & Trace code via e-mail. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 09:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
