Payment methods
You can pay for your order in several ways. We currently offer the following payment methods:
- iDEAL
- Bancontact
- PayPal
- On account (after approval)
Shipping
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on working days before 16:00 are usually shipped the same day. However, this is not always possible. Sometimes products are out of stock, which may result in a slightly longer delivery time.
The listed prices exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs depend on the destination and are calculated during checkout. Within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €9 excluding VAT for shipments under 10 kg.
You can also choose to collect your order free of charge from our head office in Aalsmeer, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.
Delivery is handled by UPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will always receive a Track & Trace code by email. In most cases, delivery takes place on the next working day between 09:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
