Warranty
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens that gives you a warranty claim.
If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable time is at least two months. Under circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable. The entrepreneur’s warranty period corresponds to the manufacturer’s warranty period.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing to info@nieuwkoopbv.nl.Â
