Warranty and complaints

Warranty

We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in excellent condition. However, it may happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else occurs that entitles you to make a warranty claim.

If you discover, or reasonably should have discovered, a defect in the product, you should contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable period is in any case within two months. Under certain circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable. The warranty period provided by the seller corresponds to the manufacturer’s warranty period.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first make your complaint known to us by emailing info@nieuwkoopbv.nl.
